The Nia Technique is a cardio-dance practice that uses whole-body, expressive and grounded movements on worldwide rhythms.
nia 52 moves originate from steps and moves from Aikido, Taekwon-Do and Tai Chi for the martial arts, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais method and Yoga for the healing arts, and Isadora Duncan, Jazz and Modern dances for the dance arts.
nia is practice barefoot and is adaptable to every age, body and level of fitness. Each class -one hour- brings a unique experience that leaves you happy, relaxed and energized, never exhausted or sore!
